How to use

For each new build, create a WDO record, paste the WDO URL into the ClickUp task, and keep all decisions there throughout the project.

  1. Create a WDO record from the WDO tool.
  2. Copy its URL into the ClickUp task.
  3. Use Editor mode to refine until Submitted.
  4. Developers and writers read in Viewer mode.
Access

Permissions are driven by WordPress login and WDO Editor assignments.

  • Editors: PMs / leads who can edit and submit WDOs.
  • Viewers: developers, writers – read-only, PDF export.
  • Settings: go to Settings → WDO Tool to adjust.
